Our Headquarters

excelleRx’s corporate headquarters has been located in downtown Philadelphia, PA, since 1999. Philadelphia is also home to one of two Hospice Pharmacia Pharmacy Services Support Centers.

Web Applications Development Headquarters

The Headquarters for our Web Applications Development team is located in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.  In collaboration with clinicians and hospice clients, these pharmacists, analysts, programmers and administrators work to create the cutting edge software that allows hospices to manage medication more efficiently and scientifically. Currently, this team is focused on creating and enhancing software interfaces with hospice software providers (HP Connect) and mobile technology for pharmacy services (HP Mobile).

Network Operations and Data Centers

A cutting edge Network Operations Center allows for continual monitoring of all system operations within the data center and throughout the company.  Key metrics, including network speed and availability, performance history of the data warehouse, and real-time Pharmacy Services Support Center call status, are monitored on an ongoing basis.

Our 2500-square-foot, state-of-the-art Data Center ensures the reliable availability of all excelleRx technology systems.  Recently re-designed to meet all environmental needs, the center is equipped with the latest cabling and network gear to allow peak performance from all network communications systems.  Redundancy and fault tolerance are at core of our infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted service in the event of a power outage.  A second data center, located 700 miles away, contains redundant technology of all mission-critical core systems that, in the event of a disaster, guarantee 100% uptime.

Memphis Site

Originally built as a medication distribution center, the Memphis site eventually grew to include a second Pharmacy Services Support Center. The Memphis site is also home to one of two Hospice Pharmacia Quality Assurance teams.

Sharon Hill Facility

excelleRx’s Sharon Hill facility, dedicated to medication processing, distribution and shipping, opened in 2005. Employees at this site are responsible for accurately fulfilling and verifying medication orders, and ensuring timely delivery to our patients.
