42% of patients had one or more indications without appropriate drug therapy prescribed

Duplicate Therapy Identified

28% of patients have one or more duplicate therapies prescribed

55% of patients were prescribed at least one such medication (including 17% on Propoxyphene)

Intervention Rate

52% of beneficiaries had potential MRPs that resulted in a pharmacist-to-physician intervention
